As the products we offer are digital, we typically only issue refunds in specific cases, such as a technical problem with the transaction (e.g., payment completed but the transaction failed). Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for orders that have been successfully completed.

Please note that once you purchase an exclusive cover art from our website, it goes out of stock immediately after your transaction is completed. This means that the design cannot be resold to others, as it may create confusion and a false impression that we are selling the same exclusive artwork multiple times.
